Bus
Take the 146 bus from Norwich Bus Station, it is 2 stops to Corlton Road’s stop, it is then a 2 minute walk to the Pure Physiotherapy City Road clinic.
Walking from Norwich Bus Station
Exit the bus station onto Queens Road. Continue past the Sainsburys on the right hand side, continue on past the Sainsbury petrol station for 200m and turn right on to City Road. The clinic is on your right.
Walking from Norwich City Centre
Starting at Chantry Place, continue to St Stephen’s St, walk past Nationwide Building Society, continue past Sainsbury’s bank and turn right on to Surrey St. Continue on Surrey St, turn left onto Queens road. Continue on Queens Road until you reach the Rose pub and Deli, take a right onto City Road and the clinic is on your right.
Car – A47
Take the Trowse/County Hall exit off the A47. At the traffic lights take a left on to A146. Continue until you reach a set of traffic lights where you will take a right onto Martineau Lane. Continue past the BP petrol station until you reach the roundabout where you will take the second exit onto the A147. Then take a left on to City Road, the physiotherapy clinic is on your right.
Car – A11
Continue down Newmarket Road. At the roundabout take the second exit and continue on the A11/Newmarket Road. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A147/Queens Road, continue past the Sainsburys and take a right onto City Road. The clinic is on the right-hand side.
Train
Take the train to Norwich train station. You can take a 20-minute walk from the train station to City Road via Riverside Retail Park. Alternatively, you can take a 5-minute taxi via Norwich City Football Stadium.

Hoyland, if coming via M1, exit at junction 36.
If you are traveling northbound on the M1 exit at Junction 36. Take the 3rd Exit at the roundabout onto the A61. Keep Right and enter the Birdwell roundabout, take the 3rd exit. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit on to Sheffield Road. You will pass the hare and hounds pub on your left. Take the next left on to Hoyland road. For parking continue just past the clinic and take the next left on to Hunt Street and you will see our car park on the left.
If you are traveling Southbound on the M1 exit at Junction 36. Take the 1st exit at the roundabout onto the A61. Keep right and enter the Birdwell roundabout, take the 3rd exit. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit on to Sheffield Road. You will pass the hare and hounds pub on you left. Take the next left on to Hoyland road. If you are traveling northbound on the A1 exit at junction 51. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit on to the A684 stay on the A684 for 1.6 miles. Then at the roundabout take the first exit on to N End road. Then turn Left into the Bedale Golf club.
If you are traveling southbound on the A1 exit at Junction 51. At the roundabout take the 3rd Exit, Then at the next roundabout take the 2nd exit on to the A684. stay on the A684 for 1.6 mile. Then at the roundabout take the first exit on to N End road. Then turn right into the Bedale Golf club. The clinic is in the first small building on the right, before the clubhouse.

Car – From the M18, at junction 3 take the A6182 exit to Doncaster/Robin Hood Airport and head towards Doncaster City centre. Follow the A6182 until Sidings Roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Trafford Way/A638. Stay on Trafford Way/A638, past Doncaster train station and then turn left onto North Bridge Road. Continue on North Bridge Road across the bridge and then take the next left onto Marsh Gate. Turn right onto Cherry Lane and park in the designated parking in front of the No1 Health and Beauty Village. Make sure you sign your car in on arrival and enjoy free parking for your stay.
Car – From the A1 take the A638 slip road to Doncaster/Wakefield and head into Doncaster City Centre. Continue onto A638 until St Mary’s roundabout and take the 3rd exit onto North Bridge Rd.
